It is tough opening up to someone but we, via the therapeutical alliance, can create a safe space of trust where there is confidentiality and no judgment and that the client feels comfortable sharing.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy but offer a number of tools and treatment plans for whichever presenting problem each individual client has.

All treatment is geared towards each individual client after an initial consultation and diagnosis.

Clients will be asked what they want to work on throughout each phase of therapy.

I have a naturally calming and friendly manner. I’m a straight talker and don’t make any promises but one thing I will say is that you get what you put into therapy.

It is not easy but it can be such a powerful experience that can help you see the wood from the trees and make the changes you want to make in your life.
